Big Sky Baby!!!

Last night Shawn and I went to a concert to see my favorite band...Big Sky. I was so excited because they have not played together for 3 1/2 years and came together last night at a bar in Jacksonville for a reunion show. It was weird because since I have been pregnant we have not gone out late at all. We weren't sure if we were going to make it because they did not come on until midnight. But I held strong and made it through the whole thing. Shawn got to enjoy beer as I splurged with coca cola! LOL!

I struggled as I had to stand the whole time and smell all the smoke in the small crammed bar. I think I belly bumped several people! :) They put on a great show and I think Baby Wake enjoyed himself as well as I have never felt him move around and kick me so much. He either liked the loud music or was begging me to make it quiet! I am sure he will come out loving their music as much as I do! The pictures I posted are small and blurry because I had to take them our phone due to forgetting the camera.

Stripes and more stripes!!!

Shawn has been working hard on our precious little boy's room. He paints at work all day and then comes home and paints some more. He has finally finished the stripes and now it is my turn to work on the decor. It is coming together well and looking awesome! I am excited to get it all done. I have also just finished my 28 weeks and wanted to post a belly pictures since it has been a month since the last one. I took this one at 28 weeks and 6 days.

Our 3D/4D Ultrasound

Today was an amazing day! We got to see our baby boy and he was absolutely adorable. Stubborn, but adorable! He kept his hands over his face almost the whole time so we were unable to get many face shots. He showed us his biceps, feet, ear, fingers and a little bit of his face. He was sound asleep and all snuggled up. He looked like he was hiding the way he kept his hands over his face. My mom, stepdad and sister-in-law came to watch and it was great having them there.

New baby bedding

We finally picked out the bedding for out baby's boy's room. We got it at Pottery Barn and I absolutley love it! Here are a few pictures of it. They are kind of hard to see but you can get the idea.

Projects for our baby boys room!

We have started working hard on getting Wake's room put together. I will try to post pictures as we go. Shawn has painted the room and today we are painting the stripes on the walls. I can't wait to get it finished. We have also worked on a few projects. I have made a little shadow box to hold his sonogram picture and we have made a mobile to go above his bed. I painted it and Shawn worked hard on putting it together. I think it turned out great. Here are a few pictures!

Getting more and more ready for his arrival!!!

We recently received two Awesome gifts from Shawn's sister, Leila! I took pictures of Shawn trying to put them together. We were like to little kids on Christmas and couldn't wait to put them together to see what they looked like. It makes us even more excited to see all this cute stuff that baby Wake is getting. I just wish time could go by quicker. Thank you Leila for everything as it is so greatly appreciated!!!
